What a class looks like
Kids' boxing at NextGen Nerja is non-contact training between children: coordination games, footwork, pad work, bag work and lots of energy.
Every session builds balance, focus and respect for the group. Children learn to follow instructions and push themselves without fear of getting it wrong.
